Details for the evening are below:
The Dinner is on Friday 11th and it will be 19:00hrs at the Savoy Park.
We will go in to be seated at 19:30hrs after a welcome drink. You will then be able to choose your repast from the menu below.
Dress is as usual smart casual – but should you wish to wear rather more elegant attire, do please feel free to do so!
Chef’s Homemade Soup of the Day (V, *G)
Served with a crusty roll & butter
Bloody Mary Prawn Cocktail (G)
Served with fine yellow & red peppers and coriander shoots
Crisp Breaded Goats Cheese on Beetroot Relish (V)
Served with pine kernels & fine herb salad
Salad of Venison Salami, Scottish Blue Cheese and Candied Walnuts (G)
With apple gel and honey mustard dressing
Oven Braised Scottish Beef
Featherblade steak slowly braised overnight with rosemary & garlic
Served with a wild mushroom gravy
Grilled Scottish Salmon with a Creamy Leek Mash (G)
With fresh herb & white wine butter sauce
Grilled Chicken Breast (G)
With an Arran grain mustard and chive cream sauce
Warm Chocolate Steamed Sponge
Served with an orange chocolate sauce, compote of berries & vanilla pod ice cream
Served with raspberry sorbet and shortbread
Pear, Apple and Cinnamon Crumble
With hot sauce anglaise & marmalade ice cream
