A car’s a car for aw’ that…..
Did I use the same pun to start last years report on this event?
The setting was as lovely as ever for us at the Burns Birthplace Museum as a good 40 or so Club Members gathered to display our chariots by kind invitation of the management.
The weather wasn’t quite the sun drenched scorch fest of 2018 but we can all live with one shower of rain – especially as it allowed us to sample the excellent cafe in the Museum and check whose wax beaded the raindrops best 😉
(Not to mention testing out those swish Club Brollies!)
Once again the variety of vehicles on show gave the visitors of all ages something to suit their particular tastes and it was a joy to see so many youngsters showing interest in the vehicles and being allowed to get in and ‘take a seat’ where offered.
It’s always great to welcome new faces & wheels to the club and we were joined by no less than four new recruits today, so a warm ACCC welcome to you all.
We hope you & your cars enjoy being part of Ayrshire Classics !
As always, we were busy snapping images of the day for your enjoyment and you can view these below!
